How do I start a custom factory order?
Start by submitting a custom order request. A Sky CDJR Sales Consultant will contact you and help complete your vehicle order, including available colors, options and accessories. The process can be completed in person, by phone, text or email.
Is there an extra charge for a custom factory order?
Sky CDJR does not charge an additional fee simply because a vehicle is custom ordered. Vehicle pricing is negotiated and agreed upon between the customer and dealership at the time of ordering. A deposit may be required to place an order.
Can I choose my vehicle's colors and options?
Yes. Your Sales Consultant will help you select from the available model configurations, colors, options, packages and accessories for the vehicle you're ordering.
What happens if incentives change while my vehicle is being built?
Qualifying customers may be eligible for applicable qualifying incentives at the time of order placement or at the time of final delivery, subject to program eligibility and applicable terms.
Will Sky keep me updated while my vehicle is being built?
Yes. Our team will provide updates as information becomes available from the manufacturer regarding the status of your order and estimated arrival.
How long does a custom factory order take?
Build times vary by model, configuration, production schedules and manufacturer availability. Your Sky CDJR representative can provide more specific timing information once your vehicle and configuration have been selected.
Can I trade in my current vehicle?
Yes. You can begin the trade-in process while working on your custom order. Visit our Value Your Trade resources to get started.
Can I finance my custom ordered vehicle?
Yes. Financing can be discussed with your Sky CDJR team as your custom order progresses. Current financing programs and incentives are subject to applicable qualifications and program terms.
